When we neglect our ecosystems, it is harder to provide the water we all need to survive and thrive.

Nature-based solutions have the potential to solve many of our water problems. We need to do much more with “green” infrastructure and harmonize it with “gray” infrastructure wherever possible. Planting new forests, reconnecting rivers to floodplains, and restoring wetlands will rebalance the water cycle and improve human health and livelihoods.

Sustainable Development Goal 6 – Ensure access to water and sanitation for all and ensure sustainable management of water resources – includes a target to halve the proportion of untreated wastewater and significantly increase the safe recycling and reuse of water globally.

World Water Day is coordinated by UN-Water (the United Nations inter-agency coordination mechanism for all freshwater issues) in collaboration with governments and other partners.

CLA-VAL is aware of its ecosystem and has already helped drill several wells in Madagascar to support an underprivileged population.

CLA-VAL is a Corporate Partner and Sponsor of “Water Mission”. It’s a Christian engineering nonprofit that builds safe water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions in developing countries and disaster areas.
Together, we provide sustainable safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions to the communities we serve. CLA-VAL Europe has supplied several types of valves to Uganda and Tanzania to secure their hydraulic installations.

If CLA-VAL has no limit for hydraulic solutions, our support for people has no borders!
